A little about me as a therapist
I am a pre-licensed clinician with my LAPC, and I prioritize keeping a calm, nurturing atmosphere when working with clients of all ages. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and older adults. Additionally, I have gained experience working with mandated clients in a forensic setting. Overall, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, and emotional overwhelm. Therefore, I am a versatile therapist and I welcome a wide range of concerns.
My therapy style
When I am not working
My therapeutic approach is an eclectic approach that allows me to adapt my work to meet each client’s unique needs. My style typically integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective. Frameworks that I reference in my work include person-centered therapy, cognitive and behavioral strategies, art therapy, and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy).
It is important to support clients not only in reducing symptoms but in building resilience, strengthening self-awareness, and cultivating a life that feels authentic and meaningful to them. Healing often occurs in a space of safety and collaboration. While working together, I strive to empower clients with practical tools, emotional insight, and compassionate guidance. My goal is to assist individuals with feeling grounded, capable, and supported throughout their healing journey.
Outside of work I love to be creative through music, crochet, and cooking. If not at home filling my time with my creative outlets, then I am usually doing something outdoors or going to the gym.
